A proud award winning business, winning the Hyndburn Business Award for Creative Business 2023 and the Hyndburn Beacon Award 2023 for overall business of 2023. I started my own business back in 2018 doing unique cheese tower cakes for people’s weddings – a trend that has taken off in recent years.

Brie Mine has developed new ideas around the fun cheese concepts including homemade Cheese and Chutney jars, graze boxes and cheese platters, to name a few. Brie Mine offer unique gift ideas to suit all occasions. Back in August 2020 after a very successful delivery service during the first lockdown came the new Brie Mine Cheese Delicatessen. Located on Queen Street, Great Harwood, a street that has thrived in recent years. In late 2022 Brie Mine expanded into another business The Brie Mine Bistro, located directly across the road from our deli on Queen Street.

Our The Brie Mine Bistro is the place to Brie, serving delicious cheese boards and cheesy dishes along with wine and monthly live entertainment. Also Available to hire for small intimate functions of up to 30 people.
